A table saw is a marvelous thing—-especially when you've got a nice dado stack to mount in it. If you do, you'll definitely want to pick up one of these inserts. They're marketed for Jet's right-tilt saws, and ours fit like a glove, no matter what saw we tried it on. And across the board, the leveling screws make getting the insert flush no trouble at all. Works Fine for Me
I've had no problem at all with this throat plate. Fits my saw perfectly. Easy to install and easy to remove. Read earlier complaints and thought about them before purchasing...took the chance and couldn't be more pleased.

A perfect match for my Jet contractor table saw
This was a pre-christmas gift for myself. I purchased
the SD206 6" Freud Professional Dado blades, and the
JET DI-10 / 708102 8" Dado Insert for Right Tilt Saw.

Together these work great together. While I've not
gone all out and used the blades extensively. I have
played around and made a number of cuts with them.

The dado's are clean, flat along the bottom (unlike
with a wobble dado set).

I'm not a full-time woodworking. I just like to play
around with my pwoer tools in the garage. These products
were perfect for me. Low in cost, and high in results.

For a beginner or starter set. I don't see how you can
go wrong with this items. Plus the carrying case for
the dado blades is quite handy.

Heavy Duty
This insert fits like a glove on my Jet JWTS-10jf Table Saw.

Jet 8" dado insert
It is a well made cast aluminum or zinc product but did not fit my Jet Table Saw without quite a bit of filing. I think the casting was several thousandths oversize and when the insert was powder coated the coating made the insert way to large to fit.

I too got the setscrews
The previous review (saying the dado insert now came with setscrews) pushed me into buying the dado insert. I'm happy to report that mine also came with setscrews. It's a dado insert and so there is not much to it -- it works and Jet finally figured out to include the setscrews! ... Read more

No Degree for this Miter
I was very disapponted to see this the first time when it was removed from the box. The range of movement is limited to 30 Degrees left and right without any quick stops. The degree indents were painted black on a black background this is like not having any reference lines ( you will need glasses).
