Very impressive gardening tool, it has 1" to 4" markings on the metal part of the tool with a solid well built feel. The handle is well designed with a large hole for hanging. Great product!
My husband and I work at property maintenance. I bought one of these last year and I use it all the time, for painting porch floors, baseboards, shoe molding, bottoms of doors, etc., etc. Recently my husband has been borrowing it when he's installing carpet bars, installing/changing electrical outlets, etc. I'm ordering another one just for him, so we don't have to fight over mine anymore! It's easy to scoot it along the floor. You can kneel on it, or sit on it. In the summertime, when you're wearing shorts, it's an absolute must to protect your knees. It's lightweight and easy to toss in the car with the other tools.

scissors that won't let you down.
The Fiskars 9637 garden shears are tops if you are looking for a pair of scissors that can take alot of abuse and still be sharp. I use mine in a flower shop where I can be cutting anything from woody stems to wire to the most delicate flowers and ribbon. The stainless steel blades stay clean even after alot of use. The handles fit perfectly in your hand(provided you are right-handed). [If you are left-handed the Fiskars 9474 are almost the same with the exception that the blades can be taken apart]. The serrations on the blades make cutting things much easier than smooth edged blades because the serrations hold the thing you are cutting where you want it. The overall size of these shears is just about perfect because they fit nicely in the back pocket of a pair of jeans. What this means is you can have them at hand when you need them. Don't try on large branches
This unit works well for small branches. The light weight is appreciated, and the stainless blade is a useful upgrade as standard blades rust from the tree sap. But I used mine on some heavier branches, still within the recommended diameter range, and something slipped so that the blade no longer touches the anvil. The tool therefore is practically useless, as you do not get a clean cut. There is no way to adjust or fix this pruner when that happens. And the lifetime warranty is of dubious value, as you must send the tool back at your expense, plus keep and be able to find the original receipt. They should model their warranty after Craftsman.

Like Butter
I got one of these axes for my dad for Christmas and it was worth every penny. He's getting older but he still has to split wood for his wood stove to heat his house, so I thought it would be a practical gift. He loves it and even I tried, on Christmas day and many times after that. If you split would and are tried of your handles breaking, dull blades, and blistered hands, get this axe.

Save your money
This should really be called a hatchet. I bought one primarily to make kindling out of logs that had alread been split up. The edge failed to penetrate the wood well, either because it was too dull or because of the material. The wedge shape was too narrow to split the wood off. I'm going back to my trusty metal hatchet.

great pruners for bushes
I like these a lot -- I bought them last May to cut back our lilac and forsythia bushes which hadn't been pruned in several years. The shears cut easily through both thick and thin stems, you can even cut several thin branches at once. I've since used them on average of once a week to cut and trim back tree branches and saplings as well as roses and other bushes. Fwiw, they do tend to do better on green or growing wood than on dead branches. As another reviewer noted, the foam handle covers can slide off but I glued mine back on and haven't had any problems since. The blades are easy to keep clean and the lock keeps them locked even if you say, toss them on the grass or a chair. Note, these aren't for pruning large tree branches or tough, thick bushes but they're great for basic pruning.

Not The FISKARS You Expect
Not what I expected...FISKARS are supposed to be high quality stainless made in Finland. These are ordinary steel, ordinary pruners, made in the USA for Fiskars. I returned them. Fiskars Garden Shears Model 9637 are the real thing. But now that these pruners are reduced in price, as long as you know what you are getting, they aren't a bad buy.

Good for Light Duty Cutting
These work fine on green wood up to 1/2" in diameter, but anything larger needs more leverage. The lock is easy to use and very accessable, making one hand operations a breeze. The best thing about these is that they'll fit in your back pocket and stay locked. I also have a ratcheting, anvil style clipper that works much better on slightly larger twigs with much less effort.

Absolutely the best tool for most jobs!
I LOVE this drill. It requires no cords or electricity. It's lightweight and simple to use. It's simply the handiest tool when you need to make a hole in most surfaces.

A GREAT TOOL
This is one of the most used tools I own. It is so much easier than hauling out the power drill. It does take some skill to use well but it is SO handy that it is worth the effort. I think I need another one so I have twice the chance of being able to find it. Mine is Yellow BTW.

Almost pefect tool for light home use
