Clever, lightweight, and every neighbor wants one!
The kangaroo container is the best weed bucket I've ever used. The fact that I can hang it on a wall when not in use makes it better than any other plastic bucket I've carried around the yard. I've also lined it and used it for a trash can at beach picnics. You can even stake it down on windy days! A wonderful all purpose garden carry-all.

Do you sit & pull weeds, having to bend over again to pick up all the 'piles?' Do you awkwardly drag trash bags around the yard when trimming, while branch & twig ends punch thru the bag, then have to call for an extra hand to hold it open while you fill it? My Kangaroo eliminates all of that, & holds more than you can imagine! As light as it is to pull, it's a heavy-grade vinyl that takes all my rough twigs & broken branches for without any punctures or scrapes; nothing sticks to it, so a rare squirt with the hose makes it look like new. The best part comes when I empty it (placing a leaf bag over, then flipping it), then easily squishing it into a few-inch package, using the strong buttons & loops attached, & placing it on a little hook on my pegboard; it takes up virtually no space. in my small townhome. I trim more often, just so I can USE IT!

Are there TWO different versions of this item?
I recently purchased a Fiskars 94056974 30 gallon Kangaroo Container and the thing is built like a tank. My impression on how the item is supposed to be used is to open the Kangaroo, put a 30 gallon trash can liner in the Kangaroo and fill with leaves and your five year old son. Then, either make one big pile for you and your son to play in or pull the trash can liners out, tie shut (remove son first) and carry it down to the end of the drive way, so the trash guys can play in the leaves.

The item is NOT meant to be dragged across shopping center parking lots. Mine holds a full load of squished down leaves without tearing or ripping. By the way, the product is covered by a two year warranty. I didn't read about any one posting a poor review who attempted getting them resolved utilizing the warranty.

Anyway, the Fiskars 94056974 Kangaroo Container (30 Gallon) works great (like having a third hand). It is versatile as previous reviews have pointed out. An extra trash can utilizing a liner. How about using one for recycling cans? Place a 30 gallon trash liner in the Kangaroo, squish can, "he shoots he scores!!!"

I'm happy with this purchase. It's durable, engineered well, and I'm planning on buying more of both the 10 and 30 gallon models. I expect this to eventually wear out. But, it's been my experience with other Fiskar items that you get your money's worth if you use the item as it was intended.

poor quality
The handle tore out of the bag the first time I used it. A very good idea, but VERY poor quality. The fabric is just not strong enough. If you buy this, DON'T use the handles, or better yet, save your money.

Durable pads - horrible straps
Thee pads were great for me this past summer and fall. I used them to lay a cobblestone driveway. They really took a beating and the pads remained unscathed. The straps on the other hand are not so durable and one of the pads is near the end of its usefulness as the strap has almost seperated. To make matters worse, the neoprene does not breathe and your knees and backs of your legs will get sweaty in warm weather. All in all, a solid product that might not stand up to very hard use.

Super-durable and Very Comfortable
That about sums it up - these pads work great for any work in the garden or around the house. My only quibble is that you'll get pretty hot underneath the neoprene straps when working outdoors in the Summer.

The Pads For All Seasons
My wife and I bought a pair of these pads in the Spring of this year. We are carpenters and organic gardeners so we have gone through countless pads in the past: gel types, hard caps, neoprene, latex, etc. All of latter have never met our needs nor fulfilled our expectations.

The Fiskars Kneepads Plus are lightweight and truly do conform to our knees. We work them on hard concrete, slate, marble, rough gravel, and clay soils in total comfort. We are both right-kneed (prosaic license)and have worn out so many Carharts that we could start a second-hand store! Now our jeans last for much longer so these pads can actually save you bucks!

The Fiskars Plus pads also stay up and do not wrap around our knees. The padding causes very little sweating and dries quickly. The elastic and hook-loop fasteners have sagged a bit after so much use but my better half is also a seamstress and has re-sewn them to new condition.

It is a rainy Autumn morning as we now head to the garden to harvest our crops before the frost....Fiskars strapped in place.

Yea,They're Pretty Good
I'm a service tech for the local phone company. I spend a lot of time on my knees, stapling wire to base boards, crawling under houses, crawling in attics. These are the knee pads I use and I've used them about 2 years. These are light weight but have just enough padding to insulate your knee from rocks or hard surfaces. It's real strong suit is that when it's time to put them on or take them off, it's really easy and fast. Plus they stay on your knees(not migrating down towards your ankles). There are cushier pads around, and pads that insulate the rock shock better but they cost a lot more or they are time consuming to put on and take off. So for ease of use, cost, and reliability I don't think you can go wrong with these.

These are essential equipment for my oval office
These pads are SO good, they could be deemed "presidential." I recently used them when broke my leg at the ankle. When I wasn't using crutches or a wheelchair, I was getting around by crawling around on my hands and knees like a six-month old. (haha, fooled you, where did you think I was going with that opening sentence, you naughty person, you?)

When I am back on my feet (literally) I intend to use these to clean the floors (not done in months) and to remove the traces of my garden which has been destroyed by the drought. Or use them while praying to the rain gods. They will be handy indeed. ... Read more

Very handy to have!

Okay, but not great
I find the clip on this item is not too secure. The pouch is large, which is nice if you have large clippers. But mine are the same size as perhaps 95% of those on the market and they tend to fall out when kneeling in the garden. I purchased this item almost two years ago, and while it's still in great shape, I find I use a bucket caddy now to store my clippers with my other tools.

Never lose your pruner again
Before I bought this I averaged one new pair of pruners every six months because I would misplace them. God only knows where they all went, I sure don't. In the last two years I have had the same rose pruner thanks to the sheath. Over my life this will pay for its self many times over.

Excellent Sheath For Other Things Too?

Great product!
My husband and I work at property maintenance. I bought one of these last year and I use it all the time, for painting porch floors, baseboards, shoe molding, bottoms of doors, etc., etc. Recently my husband has been borrowing it when he's installing carpet bars, installing/changing electrical outlets, etc. I'm ordering another one just for him, so we don't have to fight over mine anymore! It's easy to scoot it along the floor. You can kneel on it, or sit on it. In the summertime, when you're wearing shorts, it's an absolute must to protect your knees. It's lightweight and easy to toss in the car with the other tools.
