Still Hand Drying
Tried the system for the first time today. Rinsed and rinsed and rinsed with the special filter. Still had to hand dry. Have not noiced any leftover film on the finish yet, I will check for that tomorrow. I plan on returning the washer and extra supplies to Target this weekend.
You know what they say - if it sounds to good to be true - etc.

Seems to work but.....
I really wanted to like this product and I did at first. But I think its leaving sticky residue on my car. The nozzles or whatever they are called where the washer fluid comes out was clogged with sticky stuff.
I was so happy when I first got this. Yeah it was heavy and awkward to use and theres the expense of the soap and filters and the fact that the soap wasn't really that good. I was so happy to finally have windows that were crystal clear. Clear only lasted a day before the spots really showed up.

If I am wrong and this product is not to blame or I was misusing it then I will come back and give it 5 stars.

Good as a Water Filter
If you go to the car wash, then this would be a great alternative. However, I did not like the fact that after washing the car and drying it, the finish of the car was not smooth. The one good thing about this product is the water filter, which I will continue to use with my regular soap instead.

Left film instead of water spots
I used this product according to instructions and it ended up leaving streaks over the entire vehicle. Initially I thought I may not have rinsed quickly enough but after rewashing one spot on my car and rinsing very thoroughly with the de-ionized water, it left streaks.

The rinse water does sheet like the directions say - no spots remained - but the streaks looked just as bad.

I wonder if the water where I live (Phoenix area) is just too mineralized for the filter to work properly.

Wish I would have bought this sooner
This thing is awesome. It works exactly like it says, not a single water spot. Of course you have to follow the 5 simple directions. Wet the car with regular water, soap the car, scrub with a sponge or mit, rinse the car with regular water, and then rinse with the filtered water. If you don't follow these steps then it will leave spots. This product works better then going to a car wash. The only recomendation I would make to people is that you buy extra soap when you buy the starter kit. The soap goes quick when you are first getting used to using the gun. You think it isn't putting out a lot of soap but when you start to scrub you see that it is. Once you are used to the gun and how it works,the soap will last.

Terrible product
I have had this product for a year one in my wifes car and one in my truck.
We have had hers into the shop multiple times because it won't work over 70 % of the time.
Mine works more but not all the time.
I am sorry I bought these starters.
When you call audiovox you are on hold for about 30 minutes and they just tell you to have the shop call them when you take it in which they do to no avail.

Really 100 piece set!
It comes with 35 electrical terminals and 100 fasteners as part of the kit. So it really comes with 99 tools and the box.

It was inexpensive and if you're not looking to do a lot of repair work on your car, it's probably a good buy for you. Something to keep in your trunk. I can tell already though from looking at this, that I'm going to want to get REAL set elsewhere. For basic maintenance work this set will do.

Much better than a hanging string.
What can I say other than 'it works great.' Very easy to install and setup. Simply park you car where you want it and press a button -- the park-zone will remember this location and signal you to stop whenever you pull in to that spot again. Took about 4 minutes to hang and setup. Batteries last a long time -- and in a very hot garage, too. I love it.

A "toy" that really works!
My son bought me this more-or-less as a joke, because I had a tennis ball (me) and a small doll (wife) for parking. I put it up and I LOVE IT. I am buying two more (wife and SON). I have had no problems with batteries to date and resetting is easy if you need to do it. If you have a tight fit... try this one.

This product does a good job!
This device has ended a problem of the correct positioning of my wife's car in the garage. If it was pulled in too far, I couldn't swing the door open on my vehicle without hitting the mirror on her car. If the wife's car was pulled in too far, we couldn't walk around the front of it.
