If you are in the reserves you know how much trouble it is having two separate locks with two different keys for your duffel bag and T-4. Try fumbling for the right key or looking at a combination lock in the middle of the night. On occasion you are required to leave a key. This allows you to keep a duplicate incase the other is not available (save the truble of making duplicates). I grew up with Master Lock and it implies, "do not even try to mess with this lock." ...
