An OK poduct, but doesn't really work
I have had this filter for about 6 months, and I love having clean drinking water, after 6 months the indicator light no longer works. When I called Brita, I was sent to an automated answering system that said to put the filter on again. I have replaced the filter several times, and still no indicator light.

Happy with Brita
Works great so far. The filtered water does not come out as quickly as the regular water, probably because it's going through the filter cartridge, but it's okay. I use the faucet filter for water for cooking, and for drinking if I just need a glass, also for filling ice cube trays. I still use my Brita pitcher when I need a lot of water. The faucet filter is very convenient and I'm happy with its performance so far. The filtered water tastes better and, I think, is much safer than regular tap water.

No Problems and Works Great
I've had my Brita Ultra Faucet Filter System for over a year now without any problems. I'm very happy with this product.

Frustrating!!!
My unit was only 6 months old when it started to leak like crazy. No matter what I did I was not able to control the leak. I am not buying a new filter system from Brita. Don't spend your money on this system.

On my 3rd complete replacement set after 18 months
I don't know what it is about this product, but it just does not hold up at all. Actually, I do know what it is: cheaply made.

When it works, it works great. There is nothing like having fresh water at the tap without having to refill a pitcher every day. But it won't take long for you to realize that this device isn't made for the long term.

Within months of owning small leaks start to occur around the device. Shortly after those appear, the leaks worsen and will actually run into the water you are wanting to filter.

After spending over $100 on 3 replacements and how ever many replacement filters, I have learned my lesson the hard way on this product.

Great showerhead!
Just bought this online, and it arrived in perfect condition. I installed it in a couple min and it worked great. It leaked a little from the swivel part with the ball, but all I needed was my husband to tighten it up with his hand - NO LEAKS!! And we didn't even have to remove the water saver piece and it has perfect water pressure. Also, even though the hose is much longer than we need, I can still use our shower caddy that hangs behind the showerhead.

two bought new were broken
I bought this massager, very eager, after reading the good reviews. First I bought the plastic one, and it leaked a lot from the one part that doesn't require assembly. Gave it a second try with the fake-chrome finish, and had the same problem. I was very disappointed in this product. Do not recommend it.

have a huge gripe...
This shower head delivers on all its promises of powerful sprays and water pressure sensing. However, the design of the joint doesn't allow the shower head to be pointed downward. Actually, it mostly sprays the wall. I had to rig mine with a hair clip so that it will spray directly onto me without the head falling out of the bracket (I am only 5'2''). If you are short or don't like to hold the shower head in your hand for the duration of your shower, I would not recommend this product. ... Read more
