Fantastic for flooring
I'm a homeowner that is remodeling my entire house. I just finished tearing up 750 sq ft of tile and wood flooring with the Makita and it works great. It was recommended to me by my tile contractor, who uses it in everyday work, so my guess would be that it will hold up to professional use and abuse. I really don't have anything negative to say about it at all, except that it should come with a set of tips, which cost me an extra $50 to obtain.
